How can we help?

Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?

We provide the following shipping options for your convenience:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Typically 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Free Shipping: Typically 2-8 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the method and destination. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout for transparency and convenience.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours, excluding holidays. Ground shipping typically arrives within a week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, Serves by L.A. cannot guarantee transit times as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

What if my order got lost, stolen, or damaged? 

All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company.

Serves by L.A. is not responsible for any loss, liability, or damage to packages once they have left our facilities. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us and the courier immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

What courier providers do you use?

For domestic ground shipping, we use USPS.

Order Information

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

If you email customer service at servingyou@servesbyla.com within 24 hours of placing your order, we will most likely be able to accommodate changes.

Will sold out items be replaced?

To be notified of restocks, please sign up to our Newsletter to receive notifications when the product is back in stock. We use this information to communicate when items are available again.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it? 

If you email customer service servingyou@servesbyla.com within 24 hours, we will most likely be able to make changes. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

It’s our goal to ensure you love everything we serve you. In the event you need to make a return or exchange, we offer this within 14 days of delivery. Please initiate returns/exchanges at www.servesbyla.com/pages/returns

Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returned items. All items must be unwashed and unworn, and all returns are subject to garment checks for return authorization.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your item has been received and approved for return authorization, we will issue your refund, which should process within 15 days.

I received a defective product, what should I do?

Please email customer service at servingyou@servesbyla.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a description of the defects along with photos.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.
