Welcome to the Return Policy for SERVES BY L.A.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the returns and refunds of products purchased on www.servesbyla.com (the "Site").
SECTION I - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
At SERVES BY L.A., our goal is to ensure you love everything you receive. We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
All returns or exchanges are subject to approval through our returns and exchanges authorization process.

SECTION III - RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped). For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. SERVES BY L.A. cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
SECTION IV - CANCELING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at servingyou@servesbyla.com with your order number and cancellation request.
We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, please note that orders are typically processed promptly for quick shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to initiate a return following our Return and Refund Policy (see Section II - Initiate a Return or an Exchange).

SECTION V - REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESS
Once we have verified that the order is eligible for cancellation or that the returned item meets the conditions specified in our Return and Refund Policy (see Section I - Eligibility for Returns), we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item and approval of your refund or exchange request.
Furthermore, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within a number of days and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that the actual receipt of the refund may vary based on your payment processor's policies.
- If your refund or cancellation request is rejected, we will notify you via email regarding the reason for the rejection. SECTION VI - REFUND and EXCHANGES EXPECTATIONS
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available for the following items:
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, lost, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please note that every product undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping, and SERVES BY L.A. ensures that each item is in perfect condition before shipment. As part of our quality assurance process, we meticulously document and photograph every product we ship, and this documentation will be used to determine if there was an error on our end.
